Length: 60-90 minutes
The best of both worlds, this experience includes a tour and tasting at both our Teaching Winery and Teaching Brewery! Your experience kicks off in our own vineyard, where we will discuss the growing season and terroir that allow us to grow premium grapes right here in Niagara, as well as the landscape of the Ontario wine industry. Take a peek at our onsite winemaking facilities and enjoy a structured tasting of VQA wines before making your way to our Teaching Brewery to tour the tanks and sample some of our beloved local brews.
What a way to spend an afternoon!
Not only are we an award-winning winery but we are also the site of future winemakers! Learn about our programs and our successful graduates who have become amazing winemakers worldwide. We offer some unique programs that not only teach theory but also teach using applied learning. Our students are out in the vineyards pruning, tying and picking the grapes, then into the winery to produce their own wine. It is an opportunity for you to join us and see what it would be like to be a student for a day!
