Wine Description:
Straw in colour with hints of gold. The Chardonnay character is well represented on the nose with pear, citrus and
green apple. In the mouth, the body is well rounded, allowing all the fruitiness to show through. More pears and
apples, enhanced by lemony notes distinguish the flavour. The finish is well balanced, with soft, crisp acidity
leaving the plate clean and refreshed.
Suggested Food Accompaniments:
Fantastic with grilled swordfish, olives, anchovies and cured meats.
