Wine Description:
Bright and light gold in colour this Chardonnay’s nose is moderately intense with notes of cream and vanilla overlaying peach, pear and apple fruit. Hints of smoke, wet stones and rosemary lend complexity. In the mouth you find a smooth texture and mouth filling roundness. Some oaky smoke flavours compliment peach, quince and apple, the after flavours linger on and on and the wine finishes dry.
Suggested Food Accompaniments:
This wine goes well with smoked salmon, any style lobster, veal au jus and medium cheddar.
