Dark ruby-garnet in colour with inky highlight. Beautiful fruity notes of cassis with overtones of leather, eucalyptus, black
licorice and oak. Rich fruit of cranberry and strawberry character complimented by spicy oak, vanilla, pencil lead and white pepper.
Suggested Food Accompaniments:
Steak tartare, roast pork tenderloin and Portobello burgers all go beautifully with this Cab.
