

Wine Description:
Pretty in pink, with a light salmon hue, this late harvest Cabernet Franc suggests mince tarts
on the nose with hints of strawberry jam and caramel. The flavour suggests crème brûlée and
crème caramel and the wine could well stand in for either of these desserts.
Suggested Food Accompaniments:
Serve chilled as a dessert substitute, or with fresh strawberries, custard-based pies and puddings.
