This tasty dessert wine has a light garnet colour and shows a nose of rhubarb and strawberry with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and marmalade. The sugar content is beautifully offset by clean acidity and flavours of caramel custard and raspberry jam.
Suggested Food Accompaniments:
Serve chilled as an apéritif or as a dessert substitute. This wine cries out for dark chocolate chunks or in fondue form with dried cherries or fresh strawberries and raspberries.
